Positive: The expectation was really high. Of course this was a great option to stay, modern and kind of a luxury hotel with outdoor pool facing such great scenery. And in fact it is really good, especially the location and views if you are lucky to have good weather. Service was fine, mostly welcoming. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Worth noting that sound proofing was really good - both for rooms and from the street noises.
Negative: The devil is in the details. 1) There are 2 pillows offered, both the same size and too soft. Please offer 2 different ones, one being more firm. 2) Parking is extra charge and not included in the already high price of the accommodation. Should definitely be included/provided free of charge. 3) The outdoor pool is very very small and of course looks bigger in the photos presented. And also it would be great if someone was supervising that guests are following your own rules (e.g. - no photos in specific hours, because not everyone is a blogger and some people actually want to relax in the pool; only traditional bathing suits etc).
Summary: Might be too expensive but worth trying once

Positive: The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. It has a wonderful design, combining both winter and summer vibes, and it really suits all tastes. The reception staff were excellent – when we asked to change to a room with a better view, they did their best to move us without charging extra, even though normally there would have been an additional cost.
Negative: The cleaning service was very disappointing – they didn’t even change the bed sheet although it had a coffee stain on it. When I checked in, they took my car key without informing me that there would be a fee. Only at check-out did I discover a large unexpected charge. In my opinion, if the guest is not told about the cost in advance, this is not acceptable, as I should have the choice whether to take the service or not. In addition, all the restaurants in the hotel close at 10 PM. I think this should be reconsidered, especially since the whole area also closes early, leaving no option to find food afterwards.
